(230508) oh6gdx (6460), Vaasa, Finland Feb 2, 2008 Bottled. Golden colour with huge creamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is caramel, fudge, some citrus fruit and mild spices. Also some notes of wheat and yeast are there. Flavour is citrus, wheat, some spices and toffee/fudge. Different witbier, and I quite like this one. SHIG (1670), Oberoffligen, Germany Jan 27, 2008 Bottle: Golden with a medium white head. The aroma is light citrus fruit also contained hints of spice and wheat. Taste is nice with a citrus white beer taste to include that wheat finish. Just enough carbonation to keep the taste bud lively. Beershine (1515), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Oct 25, 2007 A mellow, flavorful witbier with moorish qualities. Interesting history too, as it is made by Proef for 3 Fonteinen. Tim Webb claims that it is a witbier "brewed to a lambic recipe."
