Dec 30, 2008 The tight synthetic cork squeezes out with hardly a pop. It pours a hazed golden orange with no head. Sour earthy notes in the nose. Some grapefruit, orange, and candied notes. Tart and earthy flavors. Slightly acidic grapefruit, lemon and oaky, but smooth to drink. The earthiness is interesting though the lemons and grapefruit are a little much, decent beer though. 8/3/7/3/14 =3.5

Dec 28, 2008 Bottled sample via and shared with oakbluff. Dark gold in colour with medium carbonation. Typical gueuze aromas of funk, lemon and wood. More woody and earthy in the mouth, but the lemon and funk are still there. Fairly light bodied with a good dose of sourness, although not as sour as some. Quite enjoyable overall.

Dec 27, 2008 tronraner’s Xmas Eve Eve Eve Tasting. Sample from a bottle thanks to tronraner. Bottle date Feb 23, 2006. Clean golden-honey yellow, acidic aroma, must, funk, horseblanket. Taste is musty, lemony, and big drying acidity.

Dec 26, 2008 thanks again to my bro for sharing this! Pours a cloudy straw color with thin white head that fades quickly. Aroma is of sharp funk, yeast, barnyard, and some fruitiness. taste is sour fruit, musty basement and yeast funk. Carbonation is nill which may work for some lambics, but not this one. Still, everything else works great.

Dec 26, 2008 Pours a yellow-gold color with a bubbly ring. Aroma is acidic, tart, horse planet. Taste is tart and acidic. It is very thin and watery-like which I dont care for. Otherwise, it is good tasting.

Dec 26, 2008 Bottle at Xmas Eve Eve Eve. Pours golden brass color with almost no head, but very nice legs. The mouthwatering aroma is sharp cheese, lactic acid, farm, and cellar. The flavor is light farminess, tart sourness, some light honeyish sweetness, cellar funk, and a dry, oaky finish. Delicious.

Dec 26, 2008 Bottle shared by tronraner at his Christmas get-together. Cloudy golden with no head. Aromas of lemon and apples. Flavor is lemon and apple vinegar. Light-medium body is very dry and acidic-tingly.
