Blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic. Fermented and lagered in oak vessels. This beer has no head, just like lambic. The lambic is brewed with 60% barley, 40% wheat, last years hop

Habanero (2722) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK - APR 19, 2014
Bottled. Pours deep golden with a small off-white head. Aroma of brett, caramel, citrus and vinegar. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up dry and tart. Light to medium bodied, watery to oily texture and flat carb. An excellent Lambic.

Mortlach (981) - Rome, ITALY - APR 6, 2014
05/04/2014 Ma che siete venuti a fà (750ml bottle). Dorata acida, appena torbida, schiuma modesta poco persistente. Al naso sentori di stalla, cantina, note di cuoio, citriche, intensa e (relativamente) pulita. In bocca è acida decisa, citrica, un po’ più ruvida e spessa di altre 3F, nel finale una leggera nota acetica. Corpo medio-leggero, quasi piatta. 3 Fonteinen è sempre una garanzia.

Med ölföreningen, smak och doft av äpple, jäst, vita vinbär, vått gräs, trä. Torr och frisk. Saknar kolsyra men smakerna är fina.

Vignale (2148) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAR 23, 2014
2006 vintage drucken med ölföreningen. Äppeljuicefärgad, klar, men viss bottensats, ingen kolsyra eller skum. Doft av vete, jäst, syrliga äpplen och aningen gummi. Vita vinbär, omogna smultron, lätt syralighet, lite platt munkänsla men trevlig snäll funk. Trevlig men kanske en liten oren bismak och så är jag lite ovan vid lambikens lite platta munkänsla när inte kolsyran finns där.

Bottle @Diskoteket, Trondheim. Dark copper colour withouth any head or carbonation. Smells of horsblanket, hay and layers upon layers of funk. The palate serve the same funkyness alongside a nice lemony tartness. Mild accidic aftertaste. Great beer that I was very pleased to find at my local bar.

A- pours a lightly hazy copper amber with no head or action. No lacing. S- all barley wine esque. Grains, dog food, rice, graham crackers, dark fruits. Mild tea. Apple cider vinegar. M- light slippery body with an acidic and cider light palette. No carbonation. T- Granny Smith apple skins, vinegar, acidic acid, lemon zest, twigs, sun tea are all up front. Grass, bitters and sour mash in the middle. Middle brings on the oak twigs. Lemon continues on strong. Vinegar resonates. Ending is sour and tart. More lemons and grass. Some dry mustiness, grit and minerals.

Bottle at home, from Etre, this be rating number 6,000, 06/02/14. Almost clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is funk, sharp lemon rind, citric tinged straw, old carpet, woody, tarte grape skins, musty, barnyard. Taste comprises barnyard, yeast, funk, dank wood, lemon rind, musty, dry rot. Medium bodied, spritzy lick to the carbonation, drying closure. Solid solid lambic, super refreshing close.

2006. Pours like gueuze, yet zero head or lace. Nearly still.

Funky hay, wild yeast, standard gueuze stuff. How is this different than an uncarbonated gueuze?
