3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
10th May 2012
Bottle shared at Sour & Bitter. Hazy amber beer, big fluffy pale cream coloured head. Light dry palate, a woody dryness. Maybe a whisper of grape here - pretty faint. Mild earthy sourness. As your palate adjusts the grape becomes more obvious and appreciable and elevates this one for me.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, 75cl corked. From trade with Papsoe. It pours and almost clear body, golden in color, and with a minimal sized off-white head. Barnyard, lemon, horseblanket and tart berries on the nose. Really pleasant, and that goes for the flavor too. It’s more lemony in the mouth, with the same funkyness found in the aroma. Medium body, tart and puckering, but a tad too high on carbonation I think. Anyway, it’s certainly a really pleasant one, pity it’s all gone. 111229

Pours clear orange with a small, creamy, off-white film head. Aroma has orange zest, lemons, barnyard, grapes and good balanced tartness. Highish carbonation, great dry mouthfeel.
