3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Cph Beerfestival. Golden-orange, hazy beer with no head or carbonation. Quite sugar-sweet on the nose, with lemon, fruits in general and some hints of grains. It is sweet and fruity in the mouth, and it also has some orange, lemon and a hint of sourness. It feels quite sticky, but it is pleasant indeed. (060519)

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
[Draught at Københavnske Øldage] Cloudy orange, no head. Lively barnyardy aroma. The sweetness is subdued, but it opens the flavours of the lambic, and lifts them to another level. The mouthfeel is so beaustifully soft and the flavours concentrated. Usually faros are seen as dumbed down lambics, but in this case it’s just maginificent.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy, reddish-rusty brown, no head. Gentle sour fruity, citric nose, rhubarb. Very complex yet soft and gentle. Sugary front then sour in the middle followed by salty impressions with milky finish. You must like its soft texture and very late bready finish.
