Bottle at private tasting. This is way more sour than it was 2 years ago at the Sour & Bitter Festival. Aroma is raspberry and candy. Taste is raspberry, some balsamic vinegar, candy.

@ The Lets do a Chris O tasting. Pours pink and cloudy/hazy. Big (huge) raspberry nose with cherry coming through as well, it smells as it should sour but fresh. Funk sour (fruity sourness) straight away then you get a dry citrus finish, excellent beer thanks to Jan (Fonefan)

Murky but vibrant melted plastic bucket red, soft lasting off white head. Nose is a bit disconnected for me - absolutely mesmerising lambic funk consistently whirling from many feet away but a little too much cheese corrupts this for me. Manifested Drei Font-age though, and zinging sticky Raspberry jam, but not enough to bury my face in.
Silky, predatory mouthfeel circling softly with before a massive tart pounce strung with out with steamed Balsamic Vingear. The sourness is incredible, expressive and cast iron without but there’s a rumbling sweetness like those foaming fizzy cherry cola bottles you ONLY get in Pick ’N Mix - unique and invigourating. Finish is slightly dry and dogged sheer clean linger whilst maintaining a resonating tartness - incredible balance. A memorable beer at any cost.

Slightly hazy reddish brown colour, white head. Aroma of raspberries, syrup, almond, earth, over-ripe raspberries, pips, horse blanket. Very sour flavour, fruity, citric acid, acetic, barnyard funk. Bone dry, no residual sugars. Sour finish, raspberry, malt vinegar. Great beer, very funky.
