Medium body, dry as a bone with sour - albeit not Cantillon-sour - Brett and vinegar notes. Lightly earthy edge and again with an extremely dry and sour finish. Rather complex. 280907

May 26, 2008 Amber with a slight haze. Thic butl loose head. Clearn farmhouse, foot and cheese on the aroma with horseblanket and leather. Bracingly tart crab apple with beautiful leathery character, aggressive sourness. Hardcore and brilliant.

Oct 6, 2007 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Slight sweaty aroma, citric to acidic, calssic lambic yet more softened off. Very wellbalanced acidic flavour with a slight sweetness. Wow.
