Bottle. Pours a cloudy apricot straw color with a white head. The nose seems to be less pronounced than I imagined it would be with notes of lemon, peach, some caramel, apricot, and funk. Fruity. Med/light mouthfeel. Sweet fruity like start gives way to drawn out tart notes with some nice funkiness. Balanced. Slight bitterness in the ending. Well carbonated.

Bottle shared by mattyb83! Hazy dirty yellow pour, lots of lasting carbonation, bile like funk aroma (in a good way). Flavor is cheesy, herbal funky hay and wild bite on the finish. Really damn good!

Dark gold with a huge billowy white head. Very musty aroma, wet hay, tart citrus. Flavor continues with the musty earthy funk, good sourness, and some nice citrus notes to liven it up. Perfect carbonation and body. This is a stunning blend that is wonderful now. I’m glad I have another for the cellar.

Bottle 750ml @ Geokkjer
Pours slightly hazy deeo golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of tart, barnyard, geueze, lime and brett. Taste is light sweet and heavy sour with a long fresh, sour and dry finish. Body is full, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

75cl Bottle @ Gents Bierfestival. Hazy amber coloured beer with some light carbonation and a large but diminishing white head. Light oaky earthy grainy hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is fruity tart nicely balanced with a longer ending. Slightly tart dry herby hinted finish. Very good.

Prov för ölskribenter på Systembolaget: Ölen måste luftas lite, men sen kommer det en trevlig syrlig ton av äpplen. Smaken är inte så allvorligt syrlig och i det hela blir den lite för snäll.

750ml Bottle - Hazy amber in colour. Musty aroma with notes of hay, apricot, lemon and vinegar. Tangy taste with tart lemon and fruity peach standing out. Very dry.

Sample at a tasting at Systembolaget, September 2012. Hazy golden/orange with a fluffy white head. Strong aroma of ammonia, ctirus, funk and barnyard. The taste was not as tart as expected. A nice beer this one. I will for sure buy a few bottles when this one is released at Systembolaget October 1.

Bottle at Sour and Bitter 2012. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a small white head and tiny hints of lacings. Quite tart with a light sweetness and hints of vinegar. Hints of grain and grass. Medium bodied. Medium to lively carbonation. Dry and tart finish.
