75cl Bottle @ Gents Bierfestival. Hazy amber coloured beer with some light carbonation and a large but diminishing white head. Light oaky earthy grainy hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is fruity tart nicely balanced with a longer ending. Slightly tart dry herby hinted finish. Very good.

Prov för ölskribenter på Systembolaget: Ölen måste luftas lite, men sen kommer det en trevlig syrlig ton av äpplen. Smaken är inte så allvorligt syrlig och i det hela blir den lite för snäll.

Sample at a tasting at Systembolaget, September 2012. Hazy golden/orange with a fluffy white head. Strong aroma of ammonia, ctirus, funk and barnyard. The taste was not as tart as expected. A nice beer this one. I will for sure buy a few bottles when this one is released at Systembolaget October 1.

August 23, 2012 at The Craft Beer Co. Shared with Chris_O, Mes & Sim, Sledutah and ... others. Green corked and caged 750ml. Cloudy yellow-gold with a large and lasting fluffy white head. Aroma - oh YEAH, complicated sour funk - lemon, dry yeast, dusty oak almost completely masking the fairly fruity thick base beer and alcohol - dusty, musty and everything you want in a sour - add some white pepper, persimmon and dried flowers to the taste. Big mouthfeel on this - lively, acidic, dry, warming, long lemony tingly finish - just terrific!!!
