(bottle) Pours reddish brown. The aroma holds citrus, cherries, brett/horse blanket and chemicals up front. Undertones of cheese, mild spices/cinnamon, roses, meet and wood. The flavour is dry and near heavily acidic with notes of citrus, cherries, chemicals, brett, light cheese and crackers. The mouthfeel is tart and soft with a light carbonation. Cherries, citrus and chemicals. Near medium bodied.

375ml bottle at The Porter. pours a deep bright red with a slim off white head. big funky barnyard nose. medium body with tart cherry, funk, horse blanket and oak. semi-dry finish with big tart cherry notes along with traditional funky lambic notes.

Sour, tart. Smells lightly sour. Tartness lingers in the mouth. Not too sweet.

2007 bottle. Pours deep red with no head. Nose is light cherry and some earthy funk. Taste is sweet up front sour punch in the back. Mouthfeel is slick and aftertaste hits the tannins hard. Great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark red colour with a big dark pink head. Aroma is great, nicely sour with cherries. Sticky heavily carbonated palate. Very nice acidic slightly spicy flavour with a dry cherry tone. Great.

Impressive aroma of tart sour cherries, sugary sweet and intensely sour. Good dose of wet hay, and a considerable amount of funk. Lively carbonation, with an unbelievable sour finish. Sticks to the ack of your throat. Great lambic!

Bottle. Deep murky red with a a big, loud, dissipating bright pink head. Sour, mild sweet aroma with some cherries. Taste is sour, with again some mild sweetness, and a little saltiness. Just the right amount of cherries. Finish is dry, body is light-medium, and carbonation is moderate. Nice.
