4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark red with beautiful small light pink head. Sour cherries, red berries, yoghurt, green apple, lime, cola flavoured candy, sourdough, touch of malts. Taste is fruity sour, which deepens into a very intense acidic sourness, then a light sweet aftertaste. Medium mouth, slick texture with perfect carbonation. Very good stuff.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
375 ml bottle to tulip (2005 vintage at The Porter in Hotlanta). Looks good; a transparent amberish caramel with razor-thin off-white lacing. Smells tart and funky with heavy cherry notes. Tastes like it smells with a nice, subdued mouthfeel. Good, but I probably should have opted for a fresher vintage.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
2011 bottle. Pours a clear red and fizzing with a quickly dissipating head, leaving a faint ring that hugs my glass. The aroma is of tart cherries, barrel aged wood, and grains. In taste I picked up on mild vinegar, acidic cherries, but also a sweet note from the cherries, and a diminished grain flavor. The finish is mildly sour but still a nice cherry flavor and in turn highly drinkable. Overall a very good beverage.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a deep ruby red vinous color with a finger of off pink fizzy foam. The nose is full of cherry pie, acidic vinous touches and some funky dusty wood. The palate follows with a nice balance between round cherry notes and cutting vinous acidity that rolls in midway through the palate and dries out the finish nicely with a slightly puckering finish. Lots of musty basement funk lingers...

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
37,5cl. Fresh beer, bottled June 11, so 4 month ago. Nice red colour, nose is sour-cherry fruity! The beer starts tart, very dry. Nice fruity flavours are below a thick wet horse-blanket. The cherry aroma is only subtle tastable. In the end the sourness of the sour-cherries is more obvious, but still not the main taste. The aftertaste is long, tart. Horse-blanket, nice sourness, sour-cherries.
--> great and interesting beer!!

Pours a nice hazy red with an Okay head that stays shortly. Smell is not in your face. Freshly picked cherries, sour and pure, why do I get 7-up? Taste again lovely fresh cherries and ......badabing badaboom! sour tart mouthwatering fruity aftertaste. You can tell, no artificials used in this one. Mouthfeel is thin to medium with nice tongue prickling carbonation. Nice kriek, not a onetimer.
