Apr 17, 2004 An unclear orange beer with a fine orange head. The aroma is primarily sour but with notes of sweetness as well as lemon and wild fermentation. The flavor is lovely sour with notes of grapefruit, lemon, and oranges. A great Lambic.

Cloudy orange with rich head. Concentrated citric aroma. Wonderful soft mouthfeel. Fresh and fruity - lemnon juice! Some grassy hops in the background, a just a hint of barnyard. Superb.

May 29, 2006 Hazy amber golden, completely lacking head. Distinct, tart Brett aroma. Slightly watery body with a marked sourness. All the typical Brett characteristics: horse blanket, donkey manure - you name it. All fun stuff. 190506
