3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Reminds me of the sour stouts that were all the rage a year or two back, nice lambic-like tartness with some sweet chocolate flavors.

Odd and not awful but man stick to what you do best right? Odd tart and dark fruit rich porter with light roastyness that doesnt not meld well with the sharp tartness.

Hmmm, a tick is a tick, tastes like an infected stout. Really a shame, not really sour enough

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Taken from notes - 330 ml bottle at home. Pours deep brown to black with an off-white soapy head. Aroma of heavily toasted malt, caramel and nuts. Medium body, low sweetness, taste of dark chocolate and cacao nibs.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle Danish sampled with the Madison crew. Mild, medium bodied. More centered in Porter, with some nice chocolate tones. Delicate, easy going, with some pleasant cherry tinged sour tones. A nice addition to the Belgian landscape for sure.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Bierkompass!
Pours deep black with frothy broen head. Smell like a lambic with some roasted malts and some coffee. Starts with slight sourish lambic yeast, paired with delicious roasted malts and some dark fruits. The middle part has some more lambic flavor, it is perfectly balanced sourish and roasty. Goes into a sourish yeasty and fruity finish with some slight roasted notes. Awesome stuff!!!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Weird, but succesfull marriage between a porter and a lambic. The sourness of the lambic actually combines quite nice with the roasted coffee of a porter.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
33cl bottle from Tommy as an extra!! Thanks again man! Highly carbonated tan foam fills my glass, colour is black/brown surrounded by little carbonated bubbles. Aroma is bits of lemon, sour funk and roasted malts. Taste is not as carbonated as I was expecting, up front there is light vinaigrette funk, towards the middle it’s more a porter with the malts coming through, finishes sour with a bit of coffee. The sourness lingers for a bit. An really interesting take on the style part porter part lambic pretty much sums it up.
