Aromat palony, z wyraźną nutą orzechową. W smaku kwaśne, ale czuć ciemne słody, paloność. Spore wysycenie. Pozostawia na języku kwaskowaty posmak owoców. Bardzo dobry i zaskakujący. Alkohol lekko wyczuwalny ale na pierwszy plan wychodzi kwaskowość.

Czarne nieprzejrzyste. Aromat mało intensywny: czekolada i mocno palona kawa, z niuansami dzikimi. W smaku średnia pełnia, piwo gładkie, czekolada i kawa.

Appearance: pours with a very large and very dense tan head, the beer is a very dark brown color, practically black, takes a while to pour down Aroma: wild, sour, cherry Taste: initially it's a mild sourness and wild like a limbic, then the coffee flavors make themselves apparent, Palate: light mouthfeel, mild bitter aftertaste, soft carbonation Overall: this is a unique porter, it's almost like mixing a porter and a lambic, pretty good, easily drinkable despite the sort of high abv ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Looks.. Black with brown hue, med- light tan head. Smells.. choc and roasty malts are there but there is a very danky lambic aroma.. Maybe a hint of cherry/choc too. Tastes..chocolate and roasty malts, sour cherry filled chocolate but not sweet like cherry ripe stylez ... It’s got a slight tartness and and lighter mouthfeel, dry woody and dusty cocoa finish ..wow, what a great ’porter style beer’.

suurjuust (2587) - ESTONIA - DEC 26, 2015
Dark brown beer, big fizzy beige head. Nose is roast and chocolate hints, mild funk, sour apples, metallic notes. Flavor is roast, sour notes, berries, some tartness and acidity in the finish along with more roast and coffee. Strange, but interesting, a cross between a porter and a lambic. Crisp mouthfeel. Balanced and pretty drinkable.

Butelka 0,33l Kolor ciemny, nieprzezroczysty, piana mała ale się trzyma, ślady na szkle. Aromat kawy i czekolady, trochę wanilii. Smak słodkawy z przebiciami kwasowości, lekka kawa. Bardzo dobre piwo.

(33 cl bottle from Belgisk Bryg; BBD: 02/10/16) Poured at fridge temperature into a Maisel & Friends footed tulip glass reveals a pitch black body with tan, creamy two-finger head. Good retention and beautiful lace. Aroma is interesting. It contains notes of chalk and roastedness but also a funky hint of crayon and sour cream, which complements the aroma profile nicely. Oily texture, medium carbonation, medium body and a somewhat dry, toasted and funky finish. There’s a hint of metal in the flavour of this one but other than that the taste is quite interesting - a complex and complementary blend of chalky, licorice roastedness and this uplifting funkyness with a hint of metal. Very interesting beer.

Dark pour. Dark malts, sweet dark fruits, light cherry, faint chocolate, and lingering tarty finish. No roasted presence. Very enjoyable.
