COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Extreme Series, a varied composition of specialty malts and heavily-hopped. In the manufacturing process, 90 days of aging occurs in Umburana wooden barrels . Cerveja Backer 3 Lobos Bravo, do tipo Imperial Porter, com variada composição de maltes especiais e maior lupulagem, maturada em barris de umburana por 90 dias, cor escura e teor alcoólico de 9%.

Courtesey of Kraddel. Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ De Rampkrot. BBF 30/03/2015. Blackish dark brown with no head. Nose is soy sauce, herbal, pure fish guts, overly umami & flat. Taste is weird combination of vanilla upfront, plenty of it and sugar sweet followed by flat soy sauce, fish guts, umami, herbal,…. Nearly flat, nope this isn’t it.

Pours clear, very dark brown towards black. No real head. Smell is sweet, sojsauce. Taste is sojsause, burnt malts, some coffee. bit vanilla. Bit plastic as well, Mild bitterness. Very poorly carbonated. Bit thin, but OK

Appearance: Dark brown colour with a beige head.
Aroma: Chocolate, liquorice, malt.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Chocolate, sweet malt, liquorice.

Aparência: mais um belo rótulo da série Extreme; ausência de espuma em baixa temperatura, mas na adequada apresenta espuma cremosa e café; coloração negra, com nuances de castanho. Aroma: só libera na temperatura adequada, muito café e amadeirado. Paladar: continua o café e o amadeirado, mais suave do que uma maturada em carvalho, ou seja, o mesmo resultado de uma cachaça maturada na amburana e outra no carvalho. Ah, nem lembrei do álcool, só quando levantei da cadeira! Achei o custo-benefício muito bom aqui em Minas!

statnia część przygody z piwami z Brazylii. Porter zostawiliśmy na sam koniec. Aromat czekolady dość intensywny. W smaku również. Do tego dość słodkie. Moc wcale nie była bardzo odczuwalna, przynajmniej w smaku, co sprzyjało pijalności. Piwo wydawało mi się też nieco wodniste jak na porter, ale wypiłem ze smakiem. Dobre, ale bez szaleńczego zachwytu.

Black with a very small beige head. Aroma is quite simple and not very pronunciated: wood, earthy hop, cocoa, some light caramel, toffee and molasses. Taste is cocoa, wood, roasted malt, some smoked and alcoholic notes, some hoppy bitterness and vanilla. Bitter aftertaste with some spiciness and whisky mouthfeel (booze, malt, wood...). Nice strong Porter!

Marrom escuro com nuances de vermelho, boa formação mas pouca estabilidade da espuma. Aroma acastanhado, açúcar mascavo, caramelo, café, chocolate amargo, torrefação, madeira. Na boca a madeira é mais evidente. Corpo médio-alto, boa carbonatação. Aftertaste doce, tosta, levemente aquecedor.

Aromas of milk chocolate, brown sugar, cinnamon, some fennel, woodsy. Almost black, bronze highlights, mostly fading tan head. Very dry, astringent, earthy flavors, raw cane sugar, cinnamon sticks, brown sugar, licorice, old gas station coffee. Full bodied, rough mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty caramel aroma. Roasted malty caramel flavor with hints of caramel. Has a roasted malty caramel finish.
