Nietypowe zamkniecie, ciekawe to naprawdę, naturalny korek i spore wysycenie. Zapach mało wyrazisty suszone morele i ananasy. Piana srednia, mało trwala i grubo pecherzykowa. Kolor jasno bursztynowy z pomarańczowymi refleksami. Smak typowo francuski podobny do Biere de Garde, lekko slodowy ale i lekko chmielny. Delikatne piwo o sporej mocy. Przy braku metnosci prawie 10% doskonale ukryte.

Visual: Hefty bottle, corked and plastic sealed. Pours dull copper brown with a small dissipating creamy head, half sticky lacing, a few clusters of steady micro streams. Nose: light alcoholic, liquid toffee sweet barley malts. (lvl-7)-pungency Attack: crisp, incoming alcoholic malts Mid-palate: background alcohol, sustained micro-fizzy & creamy CO2, (lvl-7)-sweetness, (MAIN) brown sugar, cinnamon, toffee barley malt, zingy alcohol Finish: woody barley, alcohol numbness, residual malty finish. Summary: Good rounded bubbly CO2 texture to help carry the sweet and alcoholic body to the finish. It could use a bit more complexity.

Aroma: Esters (dried fruit) on some caramel, light phenols, very low intensiveness. Appearance: light clear amber color with low quickly-dissapearing head. Taste: Dried fruit, brown sugar, light phenolic notes, caramel, medium unpleasant hoppy bitterness, sweet. Palate: High carbonation - too high, body is medium, finish is sweet with lingering bitterness.

750ml bottle from some supermarket in France. @home 01-09-2015.
BBD: 16-06-2016.
In short: belgian profiled.
Pours quite clear deep gold with frothy white head. Moderate head retention, some lacing. Grassy, yeasty nose. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is grassy, malty, some caramel and liquorice notes, all together with a string yeasty profile. Enjoyable.
