Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber with dense off white coloured head. Aroma shows lots of fruity esters supported by grainy malt. Not much else happening. Flavours show some malt sweet and the slight sourness that seems to come from the fruity esters. Low to medium mouthfeel. Not a huge fan of the one.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber - white head. Amber malts, berries, roasted, nutty, fruity notes, ryebread, light stickey body, light hoppy, riped fruits.

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, apple, leather, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20111031]

Bottle at Papsø. Clear orange coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of hay, overriped fruits and hops. Fruity flavour of berries, overriped fruits and hops. Fruity finish.

botle at papso tasting. cloudy orange, small beige head aroma is flowery,flowery mild hoppy, flavor is flowery, malty, very slightly spicy, nice flowery beer. a little dark in the malts.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of strawberries, malt, and a bit of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, strawberries, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with no lasting head. Aroma is dry malty and light phenolic to mild citric. Bitter, yeasty phenolic and dry malty. Bitter and slight herbal finish.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. aroma of fruits, sweetness, spice. flavour of bread, fruits and some sweetness. Medium to thin bodied. Ends on a quite fruity note.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of bluebetty. Pours deep golden with a slight haze and an off-white head. Fruity, bready nose with some caramel and subtle phenols. Medium body, fruity, excessive carbonation and an odd tang. Dry hoppy finish. Not the freshest. 311011

500ml bottle. Lots of beige foam to start with but it qucikly settles. Well carbonated and a good solid amber colour. Lemon zest aroma with some fruitiness going on. Flavourwise this is pretty good with a good mouthfeel and a dryness on the palate.
