Commercial Description:
An exotic ale, based on traditional Belgian Witbier. Sweet barley malt is balanced with tart wheat and spiced with coriander and citrus peel, resulting in a rich, yet quenching brew.

Smells like an orange creamsicle with coriander. A bit fake and off putting. The mouth is fairly gingery, but again feels a bit like they used cheap substitutes for the beer. Still refreshing and light. On a hot day it did the trick for me.

330ml bottle. Pale, slightly cloudy with an inch of white head. Aroma of lemon pudding. Thin body. Sweet, with little of the balancing sourness and clove/ coriander notes that I find this style needs to avoid being cloying.

Big frothy if abit uncontrolled head. Pineapple and tart flavours predominate with some very rustic undertones. A little out of whack but overall very nice.

Hazy pale straw pour, good persistent head showing some lacing. Artificial lemony aroma, with some sickly nutmeg and ginger. Really weird, it’s like there’s some eggs in there or something... Very similar flavours, faint lemon, nutmeg and that weird eggy taste. Very watery, moderate carbonation. Thought this may have been just a bad beer, but the whole sixer was like this.

330ml bottle. A little disappointing as I expexted more than it delivered. Poured a pale sickly colour with a medium bright white head of foam. Aromas of coriander and citrus and not as sharp as some witbiers. Could detect no bitterness, taste of honey with a good texture and okay mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of orange zest, coriander and nutmeg. Has some weak herbal and spicy flavours coming through, and a hint of orange. Very thin and watery mouthfeel.

Pours hazy, straw yellow with some orange highlights, substantial, snow white head. Aromas are dominated by orange and coriander. Palate is a mirror image of the nose. Orange and coriander are in abundance with some bready malt (i find is common of 3 ravens) adding palate weight and balance. Carbonation is lively, which serves to lighten the palate and give perception of dry finish. Pretty straight forward, a bit too overt for mine.
