Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - January & February.
An amber ale brewed to reflect the unique qualities of this most inventive sign of the zodiac which is complimented by the use of crystal rye malt. The delicate blend of grains extenuates the reddish hue within the ale and provides a prominent bitter finish for a satisfyingly tasty beer. Very more-ish!

Cask at The Crosse Keys (JDW) London EC3 5 Feb 08. Pale golden colored. A small fluffy head. Fruity aroma. Fruity flavor with a dry sourish aftertaste. Dry finish. Quite good.

Served a bit green. Dark amber coloured. Likely dry hopped. Plenty of hops in taste as well. New wave micro ale. Rather hefty on the co2.
