Bottle. Golden brown with a small off-white head. Aromas are nutty with caramel. Milk chocolate and berries. Flavours are dry and nutty with earthy hops. Hints of berry with spicy hops. Not a true IPA but not bad.

Cask @ The Sir John Oldcastle, JDW, Farringdon. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with small white head. Fruity malty and slightly hoppy aroma. Fruity hoppy and slightly bitter flavor. Sweetish malty hoppy finish, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, Ashford JDW. Copper colour with lasting beige head. Creamy head. Citrus, hoppy aroma, little bit more intense than most English beers. Standard bitter in mouth, some malts, then an intense tight acidic grapefruit finish. Acids are puckering and drying. The brewer really has thrown a whole load of hops at this. Startling. Needs more balance with malt structure. Hops are intense but too tight and a tad metallic. Good enough for a second pint though.
