Light gold, small white lasting head. Lacks aroma, just a bit fruity. Light sweet malty start with a fruity citric mid. Bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not a bad quaffer.

Cask@The Cross Keys, Central London. Slightly chalky, dusty character, citric grainy flavour, some bitterness. Nothing is really happening.

Bright bottled at Peterborough Fest, drunk 8 days later. Orange gold colour. Mmmm - nice hops! Fruity, dusty, flowery, fragrant. Mmm. This is a pleasant dry session bitter. Cuts through the thirst like a knife.

Pale gold colour. Limited aroma, but what there is is malty, which is rather unexpected given the appearance. Dry malt character continues onto the palate, but bitterness grows and even tends towards sharpness in the aftertaste. Curious, but I rather like it. Cask (handpump), Head of Steam, Euston.
