3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle @ Richard’s Tasting. Orange pour with an off-white head. Floral, spicy, and citrusy hop notes. Some bread, toast, and a bit of lemon peel. Mostly orange zest. Flavor is a touch soapy and sweet. Light bitterness of citrus peel and pine. Floral and spicy notes throughout. Lots of biscuit and bread. Lemony finish.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Murky amber color, strong offensive hop oil aroma, astringent taste, sharp bitterness. This is a very poorly made beer. And although I like West Coast IPA´s, I could not drink this. The hop is like a sharp blade on your tongue. No artistry here, just another example of: "if a little bit is good, a lot is better." 3 Sheeps tastes like homebrew gone terribly wrong.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. The epitome of an everyday, easy-to-drink IPA. Smooth and plenty of hops to go around. I’ll definitely have this again.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Despite the cute little sheep sliding down the waterslide, this is an average IPA. Good and will drink again, but nothing special.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Excellent citrus and pine aroma. Very hoppy and nicely balanced with malt. Reminds me a true west coast ipa. Excellent ipa.

12 oz bottle crushed with Jakebra. Finally get to say that again. Very nice citrus hop nose. Very citrus forward, interesting ester profile. Crisp and light. Very nice.

I am obviously a big fan of 3 Sheeps beer, but I’m also an IPA fan - however, I can typically only drink one. But Really Cool Waterslides is somehow an extremely drinkable IPA without losing any flavor or hops. I can’t describe it. It just works perfectly and I can never stop at one.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
DRAFT at Bad Apple in Chicago.
Tough rating...followed Surly Furious. Wasn't that level of taste and substance, but gave it a good run.
Pours a foggy amber / yellow; bright hoppy nose and taste with decent mellowing of malt.
Very tasty...will try to get more.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Had from a bottle in Chicago, October 13, 2013.
Mainly defined by an awesome hop-forward taste that I haven’t found in many other beers. Sort of overrides the other descriptors, but the beer had a rich amber color and light hop nose - keeps the actual taste a surprise. Lovely beer that I hope to see more often in Chicago.

Loved the citrus aroma. Citrus continues in taste with piney hops. Super balanced.
