Remember the first time you went left when logic and everyone else told you to go right? When you looked down the road that would safely take you to exactly the same place it always did, and you chose another path? Thatís what Really Cool Waterslides is all about: choosing a dream. Looking uncertainty in the eye and whispering menacingly, ďLetís dance.Ē

Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours a clear orangish amber with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma is resinous with musty grain and some earthy grass. Flavor has musty and earthy grains with a bit of bitter citrus and a touch of sweetness.

Dark orange in appearance. Big hop nose of citrus and floral notes. Hops hit you right up front with a similar profile to the nose, pleasant bitterness throughout, but smooth finish with a sweetish malt backbone.

This beer pours a hazy dark orange with a medium off-white head that fades slowly. The aroma has a strong caramel malt backbone, but there is an undeniable amount of floral, spruce, and resin hops. The taste is slightly bitter, slightly sour, and a touch sweet with a finish that has some grassy flavor to it. The palate has a sticky texture, medium-full body, and a soft carbonation, bit these elements donít really work together.

Pour on tap at Red Cow, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of orange, grapefruit, some caramel, toffee into some slight grass. Taste was a mix of grass, orange, grapefruit into some bread, slight cracker, finishing bitter, slightly dry.

2/5 Finley Dunnes Draft - 2/5 - Draft at Finley Dunnes (Chicago Lakeview). 3 Sheeps has been served at Finley Dunnes the past few months, and I am really glad itís a standard serving. The beer is very smooth and refreshing to drink. Loved the somewhat bitter taste. I look forward to finding other 3 Sheep offerings down the road, and will continue to order this IPA when available.

12 oz. bottle pours a hazy golden/orange with small white head but good lacing. Aroma has lots of tropical fruitand some dankness. The caramel mats make this one taste sweet until a dry, almost dank finish. Body is medium without too much carbonation. A decent, if slightly different IPA Iím glad to have tried,

Tasted from bottle. Pours a slightly hazy Amber with off white head. Aroma is pine, citrus, caramel, biscuits. Taste is similar to aroma. Nice malt backbone of toffee, caramel, biscuits. Earthly notes with some pine and grapefruit. Pretty good. Above average ipa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice amber pour with an off white head. Slight piney aroma with a hint of citrus. Semi sweet taste with a mid level bitterness. Clean finish with a short acidic after taste. Overall a decent IPA.

From bottle. Pours a hazy amber hue with an off-white creamy head. Aroma of caramel, piney, some orangey citrus, sweet malts. Taste of caramel, orange, sweet malts, hint of vanilla, and earthy tones. Finish is a dry bitterness. Not a good IPA in my mind. Too malty, too bitter, not balanced enough. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
