COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Remember the first time you went left when logic and everyone else told you to go right? When you looked down the road that would safely take you to exactly the same place it always did, and you chose another path? Thatís what Really Cool Waterslides is all about: choosing a dream. Looking uncertainty in the eye and whispering menacingly, ďLetís dance.Ē

I actually liked this one. Not up there on the hop scale but pleasant and done with thought.

On tap at Milwaukee Brewfest. Poured medium golden with a well-retained off-white head. The aroma picked up pine and floral hops over sweet caramel.. OK balance to it. The flavor found pale, bready, and light caramel malts at the core, with spicy pine, grapefruit, and black pepper bitterness around.. tasty stuff. Medium-bodied and a touch grainy on the palate.. bitter and warm, but it retained its balance.. Iíd have another.

Bottle. Pours clear amber, large beige creamy head that dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma is mostly pine and caramel. Flavor is light sweet and light bitter. Medium body, oily mouthfeel. This could be the iconic standard IPA of three years ago.
