COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Remember the first time you went left when logic and everyone else told you to go right? When you looked down the road that would safely take you to exactly the same place it always did, and you chose another path? That’s what Really Cool Waterslides is all about: choosing a dream. Looking uncertainty in the eye and whispering menacingly, “Let’s dance.”

So far their best beer. Served kind of cold with a small creamy, off-white head, and lots of sheeting lace. Color is a darker, clear amber with some bubble trails. Aroma is hop, resin, a little citrus and malt. Flavor’s like nose; dry at first with hop up front, then carbonic tang, ending with sweet; however, strangely not balanced. Finish is like flavor, average length, a bit boozy.

Picked up at Woodman’s in Madison WI. Aroma of bread, resin and decaying wet wood. Amber orange haziness in color with a white head. The taste comes off as medium sweet and slightly hoppy with a creamy after taste. Overall, a surprisingly good IPA from a Wisconsin brewery.

I liked it :) and since I need to have at least 75 characters... It's a good beer. I would drink it again. Not my favorite but a definite solid brew.

Deep golden-orange with a slight tan head. Touch of cloudiness. Bubblegum and candy on the nose, lingering pine resin. Pretty phenolic. Mostly bitter, some of the sweetness that comes out in the nose. Medium body, very oily, quite acidic. Pretty good.

12 oz bottle via MotorToddHead. Pours a coppery amber color with a medium sized off white/cream colored head. Aroma of tangy citrus and hops. Taste of tangy citrus, hops and caramel malt.

Nice fresh floral citrus hop essence in the aroma. Notes of lemon also. Deeper color than expected....dark orange with a tan head that holds nicely. Sweet malt, with some body on initial taste. Bittterness comes in heavy at first. Malt backbone melts away some of the bitterness, which is sligthly peppery as it fades. Finishes with a bitterness that lingers a bit longer than expected. Nice beer.

Location: Bottle at the Publican, 7/2/14

Aroma: The nose is citrus and floral hops with some caramel malt backing
Appearance: Pours a hazed amberish color with a smallish off-white head and decent lace
Flavor: The taste is medium-plus bitter, nice hoppiness, and a solid malt backbone
Palate: The body is medium, it has a pretty solid mouthfeel, and a mid-dry finish
Overall Impression: This one was a nice, enjoyable, plenty drinkable IPA. It worked nicely and paired nicely with the food. Good beer.
