COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Grain bill: 2 Row, Malted Rye, Munich, Flaked Oats, and Malted Wheat. Hops: Styrian Bobeks and Goldings. Flavor profile: Big yeasty nose with a large hop presence, a prominent carbonation presence reveals a rye spiciness which is extremely dry and interplays well with a strong hop character. Finish is dry and smooth with a lingering bitterness from the hops. Earthy and herbal with very well balanced rye notes. Food pairing: Works extremely well with big, full flavored cheeses, dried fruits, and salted meats. Would also pair very well with herb forward poultry dishes, or big and meaty deep ocean animals like swordfish or ahi.

Draft, courtesy of Mike, Dave, and Greg and the CK crew, thank you gentlemen! Tasted side by side with the cask version. This one was a hazy golden color with a medium off white head and delicate lacing. The aroma was slightly funky, very earthy, with grass and very subtle lemon rind, with a bitter and very dry finish. Tasty stuff.
