Pint can. Tall hazy golden handsome looking beer w thick foamy head. Zesty lemon citrus grain floral aroma. Taste is light but flavorful - citrus, grapefruit, lemon. Slightly tart. Not really any of the normal saison funk but still good easy drinking beer.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can courtesy of Summer Santa. Thank you Nimbleprop! Pours murky brunt yellow with a small frothy and fizzy goldenish white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell I slightly fruity and slightly spicy phenolic with crackers, grapefruit juice, star fruit, moist grass, dry soil, white pepper corns, lemon grass and lemon zest. Taste is slightly bitter, tiny malty, slightly fruity and slightly spicy phenolic. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is slightly bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, moist grass, dry soil, minerals, dry pepper corns, allspice, orange peal and lemon zest. Nicely dry with solid balance between the hops, saison yeast and lemon zest. Highly drinkable and refreshing. Solid saison experience.
