2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tap at Smoke & Barrel. Pours a full haze deep ruby. Larger off white/tan head. Wispy lace. Nose is vanilla and almond paste. Sweet cherries. Taste is tart, thin, light sour and very minerally. Heavier lemon juice, chemical cherry juice. Eh. Mild coffee. Still no body to warrant porter as style. Brown Ale perhaps.
