4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
One of our customers dropped off a growler of this beer to us (thanks!). Copper amber in color, slight haze and hint of sediment. Nice head stability. Brief blast of malt sweetness and caramel then a blast of peppercorn and barnyard funk. Following this is a medium bitterness of Centennial hops. On the aftertaste, there is a note of coriander. This is really an exception Farmhouse ale.
