Highly hopped, spiced, light, top-fermented ale with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Appearance: white, compact, fine and persistent head; pale straw yellow colour sometimes with a yeast cloud; fine carbonation.
Bouquet: intensely fruity and herbaceous with hints of citrus fruit. Only slight hint of ethyl alcohol.
Flavour: mid palate bitterness due to citrus notes, leaving a clean feel. The finish has the freshness of coriander and hop added to the orange peel sensation.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, grass and some hops. Taste is medium sweet leading to a yeasty finish. Not bad.

Cloudy gold colour with long-lasting fluffy head. Aroma of straw and wild flowers. Soft and very dry in the palate. Long finish with wheaty dryness. Nice beer but perhaps a little lacking because of its very low alcohol, only 3.2% ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 0.50l. Hazy straw color with large frothy white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of grass, herbs, yeast, coriander and grapefruit. Taste starts with light sweet grainy malt, follows by citric and yeasty acidity with notes of herbs and orange peel, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is pretty well hopped. Light to medium body, dry texture and average lingering carbonation. Surprisingly good, although plastic cork and opener included with the bottle may not be enough to open it...

Bouteille. Moustache Blanche. Robe jaune pale , mousse blanche. Nez léger de citron givré. Bouche très légère, fraîche dominée par le zeste de citron. Amertume tout en douceur proche du zeste de citron. Finale sèche, fruité légèrement florale. Limonade malté toute en délicatesse . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light but refreshing. Very hazy. Not super professional, but I don’t mind. Wheat and proud of it. Light but not too watery for the abv. Very floral hops, crisp, white grapes. Not too thin in body, although a bit sugary. Much better than the other beers I tried from this brewery. (Sample at the Paris International Beer Celebration festival during the 1FRBG)

1350 yen or so bottle from Tanakaya. Another beautiful fancy beer bottle from Italy. 3.2% saison table beer. Served with pasta in tulip glass. It pours an exceptionally pale straw gold with a fizzy foamy light head with minimal lacing. The beer has a zesty effervescent carbonation. The aroma is a soapy, floral hop bouquet. Light body, a touch bitter finish with a soapy floral hop taste & a touch of a spring farm vibe where you smell the flowers in bloom over the breeze. Not bad, quite interesting. Once it warmed up I found it developped sweet belgian wheat type spicy fruity saison notes which raised it up a bit in my opinion. Good. Honestly, I am looking for more 3-4% beers plus this brewery’s simple stylish packaging won me over. Too bad they’re so expensive.

500ml bottle from Beer Cartel, Sydney. Bright straw yellow appearance with yeast precipitates and a medium sized white head that reduces to a stable collar. Nose has grains, straw, orangey citrus, leaf, herbs and yeasty cheesy elements. Palate is light and smooth with bittersweet flavours and a pleasant dry herbal hop finish. An excellent mid strength Saison reminiscent of Brasserie DuPont.
