fiulijn (5880), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Mar 26, 2007 Updated: Jun 6, 2008 2008-05-30, blind tasting at Yespr’s, 7-3-6-3-13=32 Muddy amber color, creamy head. The aroma is quite perfumy, with honey and caramel and nuts; the caramel flavor is quite dry; it has a good body strength; what the yeast made good for the aroma, didn’t work for the flavor, a bit too harsh. Quite strong bitterness and high alcohol perception.
