Muddy amber color, creamy head. The aroma is quite perfumy, with honey and caramel and nuts; the caramel flavor is quite dry; it has a good body strength; what the yeast made good for the aroma, didn’t work for the flavor, a bit too harsh. Quite strong bitterness and high alcohol perception.

Beautiful red-amber color; thick head. Aroma of sugars, herbal hops, chocolate. Medium body, caramel with enough roasted malt and medium malt acidity and chocolate.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy amber golden with a frothy off-white head. Fresh citrusy nose. Medium-bodied with some fruit and caramel and also a whiff of elderflower. Rather hoppy finish with a whiff of citrus and alcohol. I put this down at the blind tasting as an ESB/IPA. 290508

Blind tasting @ Yespr. Hazy, brown-golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, fruit and candy sugar. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of candy sugar, light grapefruit, prunes, roasted malt and a light, but nice bitterness.

Bottle#1: 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a lacing tan head. Light hoppy fruity aroma with a distinct sweet caramel malt note. Flavour is medium sweet and of caramel malt. Has a distinct fruity and bitter finish. Nice and dry finish.
