dark cola color and just few small bubbles break the surface. Cherry and mild yeast in the nose. The flavor lingers long, ripe. Carmel and malt flaver. Nice middle of the road effort.

Jun 9, 2008 Blind tasting @ Yespr. Red mahogany with a creamy head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, caramel and some dark fruits. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, some dark fruits like plum and raisin, a touch of butter, hints of licorice and the finish is slightly roasted and dry.

Jun 2, 2008 Bottle #3: 75 cL bottle. Pours dark and unclear brown with a lacing tan head. Aroma is mild spiced and malty. Light initial fizzy mouthfeel. Solid bitterness lurking through a rather spiced malt base. Solid dry bitterness into the finish.

Bottle 75 cl. [Mafioso testing @ yespr, thanks buddy] Average creamy beige head that mostly diminished. Spare lacework. Cloudy dark brown color. Aroma of mild grain, toasted malt, fruit. Over the palate came hint of bread, mild spice and roasted malt. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Malty roasted and hint of spicy finish. 6 / 3 / 6 / 3 / 14 = 3.2
