3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 bvc (1109) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - JUN 18, 2013
750ml, foiled, capped with a funky synthetic cork. Bright golden, hazed with big foamy white head that settles nicely. Powdery clove, light cotton candy, purée banana, very light pepper. Slightly chewy feel, nice medium effervescent carbonation. Subtle balance of wheat, clove, banana, cotton candy, green apple finish, with light dryness throughout. Maybe a bit with the sweetness and green apple for the style, but serviceable. Thanks tex for sharing.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 thewolf (9992) - Kolding, DENMARK - APR 19, 2013
Bottle, bought in Italy. Pours hazy yellow with a small, fizzy, white head. Aroma has mild citrus, good doughy malts and wheat. Medium to high carbonation, very dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, herbal, quite a bit of coriander, citrus zest. Lingering dryish bitter finish.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 beersearcher (1974) - Glendale, California, USA - MAR 7, 2013
Pours a light orange with more yellow tints at the bottom of the glass. Aroma is very Belgian like. It is called a pale ale but this seems more a light tripel. It has the spiciness and the vanilla notes that I tend to taste first and foremost in that style. There is a little bit of citrus at the far back of this one as well. A nice bit of pop to it as well.

Easy but tasty Witbier. Slightly sweet but true to real Belgian Witbier.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Stew41 (1580) - Woodend, AUSTRALIA - OCT 16, 2012
Drank some 15 months after BB but there’s no telling as this beer is in good nick. Subtly flavoured yet packs a decent line of bitter spice and sweet lemon early. Does tail at the end.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 Davros (1515) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JUN 13, 2012
Pours clear amber with a large head.
Nose shows phenols, orange peel, coriander and doughy wheat. A bit too much citrus. Pretty similar flavours: copious orange peel and coriander with some underlying wheat. There is also a soft vegetal character and overt yeasty notes which are a bit off-putting.
Too much carbonation.
Refreshing but some off flavours getting in the way.
