Clear deep golden colour, medium-sized head. A pretty clean aroma, with pale malty, grainy touches and seemingly low on dms. Light flowery hoppy in flavour, with suggestions of dms and metal, but not very disturbing. Low bitterness and light-medium body. Flawless Pilsner, especially during a steamy hot day when I had it.

May 3, 2009 looks - nice rather comprehensive head with sensible lacing, amber body,
aroma - quite malty, grain, like strong lagers, a bit herbs, aroma rather pleasant
taste - rather sweet start with medium-bodied mouthfeel, grainy flavour with strong malt bse and hoppy finish (rather dry and sour)

Jan 1, 2009 Bottled, BBE 12/08, thanks to a co-worker for bringing this back to me! Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grains, grass and a bit like dough. Flavour is grassy hops along with some mild notes of malts and breadyness.
