COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on a Belgian-style Tripel which has a hazy golden hue with hints of banana and clove. Spicy, woodsy hop flavors prevail upfront, giving way to a subdued sweetness in the finish.

On tap at the Iron Hill Belgium Comes to West Chester event. The pour yields a very light colored beer. Lighter than straw and more along the lines of a Berliner. A bit of a head without too much retention. The nose and flavor have a touch of spice and breadiness, but are otherwise quite watery. Body is very light. Somewhat dry. Not a big fan.

Excellent beer. 8.5% but does not drink like a strong beer. Not an overbearing flavor but easy to drink
