3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle poured a clear reddish brown with a lingering ring of tan foam. Aromas of coffee, burnt malt, toffee and a hint of earthiness. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of roasted malt, caramel and light earthiness with a smooth dry lingering roasty finish.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Not a particularly good brew. Light brown appearance, mildly sweet with some strange off flavors. Tried courtesy of Brandon in 2014.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled. Poured medium-dark brown with a creamy khaki head. The aroma picked up cocoa and oatmeal notes with light herbal accents.. not a whole lot going on, but it was aiight. The flavor found more the blonde ale that the label mentioned.. toasted grains and light bready notes joined sweeter chocolates and vanilla on the middle.. sharp, tangy notes and carbonation over a bit of toasted cocoa on the finish.. it only worked OK. Sharper than I hoped for on the palate, with high-ish carbonation.. became a bit hard to drink.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours clear mahogany, small creamy beige head, good lacing. Aroma is roasty, cocoa, Ashes, perhaps honey. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Mostly porter, not much blonde. Not bad.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Breeze Thru. Pours black with an off-white head - a bit incongruous. Some streaks of lace. Aroma has caramel and ashy roast. Eventually down through the glass possibly some chocolate. Taste is of sweet caramel, light roast and some bittersweet bakers chocolate. Light to medium bodied. Some alcohol presence. Finishes short and somewhat watery, and to the sweet side of bittersweet. A fair brown ale, which is certainly damning with faint praise.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Deep brown pour with a small off white head. Aroma is a mild roast and semi-sweet chocolate. Taste is a bit odd - sort of a soured porter. Meh.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Thought that a blended beer would be interesting. I was wrong. This brew had the worst traits of a blond ale and a porter.
