It poured a golden color with a small white head. The aroma was of citrus, grass and hints of tropical sweetness. The flavor was light with a strong citrusy, grassy and orange hop finish. A very good Pale Ale.

Sampled at the Schlafly Fresh Hop fest. - This was a big winner for me at the fest. Pours golden copper with a small off-white head. The aroma has a bit of toasty dry caramel malt, fruity/floral Amarillos and is very bright. Medium / light body that is very crisp and has sharp carbonation. The taste begins with dry malt with a crusty bread character along with hops that are fruity, spicy and earthy. The finish is dry and earthy with a bit of a resiny aspect. Very nice.

Had this on draft at the brewery’s food truck event. A light copper hue with a little foam. Nice spicy hops in the nose. They are also dominant in the flavor. The hops do not over power at all and are just the right dose. Lighter caramel and a hint of biscuit in them. This is properly named because it subtly highlights the hop.
