Pours an opaque black with 2 finger foamy tan head leaving mild lacing. Aroma of dark chocolate with hint of espresso and roasted malt. Hint of herbal hops. Mildly bitter throughout with a touch of sweet at the end. Long bitter finish. Full bodied, moderately carbonated. Sticky palate. Good overall beer. Surprised the average rating on this one is so low.

12oz can. Unfiltered black body below a fluffy beige head. Smooth, sweet. Big cocoa nib flavors. This is quite a solid Chocolate Stout...I don’t know about Export Stout, as it doesn’t have any of the fruity pungency I associate that style with. Medium bodied, very drinkable. Great beer.

The perfect beer. Wish it was more than just seasonal. Surprisingly not overpowering, where you can have more than 1 and not feel like a bloated 5 year old. Good stout taste, clean finish, makes you feel safe.

I wanted stout in a can for some reason. This fit the bill. Beer really is reminiscent of chocolate milk. The lactose is there but it does a nice job of working with the chocolate and never becomes cloyingly sweet. Creamy feel. Pretty yummy over all and I was able to drink 2 of them in a sitting.

On tap. Served a black color with a thick head. Aroma of chocolate, lots of chocolate with a hint of malt. Taste follow with lots of milk chocolate, and bit of roasted malt. Mild bitterness and a fairly dry finish. Full body, smooth and creamy, a bit sweet but nothing over the top. Very enjoyable seasonal offering.
