Tap @ 4 Hands Anniversary Party. Pours a black appearance with a creamy tan head. Very rich chocolate bar, sweet malty, slightly milky, light coffee aroma. Creamy, rich chocolate flavor that’s very easy to drink. I wish I had more time to get a couple more.

Bomber - thanks Folty! Coffee on the nose, palate could be a bit more dense. Chocolate comes out in the taste. Solid.

Had this at 4 Hands. This was full of chocolate in both the aroma and flavor. It was not as "milky" as expected and was thinner. Some hops brought mild bitterness and some fruitiness. Roast begins the flavor and does not detract from the chocolate. This was quite nice.

Pours very dark brown with a tan head. The aroma has very creamy chocolate, cream, spice, smooth roast and is very lush and rich - the aroma lives up to the name. It has a medium body that’s a bit crisp and sharp with prickly carbonation. I expected this to be more lush and smooth from the aroma. The flavor starts with cocoa, roast, some bitterness, mild creaminess, but much drier than the aroma. The finish has tree bark, earthiness and dry cocoa. It is quite nice and very chocolaty, but more dark chocolate and drier than expected. More to my taste that a sweet rich milk chocolate anyway.

22 ounce bottle thanks to Nathaniel. Big chocolate nose and creamy pour. Taste is big chocolate milk. Lots of cocoa and big chocolate aftertaste.

Pour is a nearly black with a small tan head. Aroma is a nice mix of chocolate/coffee and char roasted malt. Flavor is bitter chocolate with a minor creamyness. After the swallow I pick up some roast and leaves a nice bitter dark chocolate on the tounge. Deffinatly not a sweet stout as this is all kinds of bitter but this is still decent as the cocoa nibs used really bring out a nice chocolate flavor.

Black body with a tan head. Aroma is dominated by chocolate and roasted grain. The flavor actually reminds me more of a dopplebock than a stout. However, it is very good. Smooth body with low carbonation. All in all, very nice

It poured a deep black color with a small white head. The aroma was of chocolate, coffee and slightly sweet. It was a medium bodied sweet stout. The malts are roasty, chocolatey and some coffee. There was a touch of vanilla. This stout was mostly roasty malts and semi-sweet chocolate flavors. The finish was clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. Very well done.
