Contact High is a hoppy wheat ale we dry hopped with blood orange zest. Contact high pours a bright orange hue with a big citrus aroma. A very refreshing beer!! Think of a beermosa with only beer!

From a can I to some type of glass. Pretty pricy at 14 a sixer. Nice orange aroma. Pours a meh off color straw with nondescript head. Mouthfeel is pretty nice, not too heavy or light but pretty well carbonated. Taste is straight up marmalade. Not overpowering and it worked nicely with the wheat beer. Solid beer but I don't think I'd add it to my rotation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz can from Frank is about the coolest can opening technique Iíve ever seen. I love how the whole top easily leavers off leaving a gaping large mouth. It pours with a clear gold body that supports a weak white head. The aroma offers up a nice mix of citrus, mango, an orange flavored gummy bear candy thing gong on, more orange juice and a bit of orange peel. The taste is nice and juicy with citrusy goodness, a sliver of mango and then a pleasing layer of resiny pine like hoppiness. It gets another flash of citrus juiciness toward the finish and then ends with more modest resiny hop bitterness. This is a wheat ale? Seems like a tasty IPA. I like it.

Meh. Not good enough to drink again. I would have liked more orange and less bitter. Probably fine with spicy food, but not good on its own. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shared 12 oz. can poured to snifters, showing a hazed, orangey gold color, with modest, bubbly white froth to the head, and spotty lacing. The nose was artificial orange/Tang breakfast drink scent, carried by some citrusy tartness. Light bodied, with soft carbonation, and a texture that was thin & watery, the taste retained some juiciness, was lightly bitter, and finished on the dry side. Just an okay hydrator, imo.

12oz can. Hazy yellow-orange. Thin fading head. Really big blood orange in the aroma, pronounced. Pretty unique, quality beer. The orange is really massive, but well incorporated. Pretty much what all those weird Blue Moon beers wish they were. Right on, the tropical orange tones leave a real pleasant aftertaste.

Can poured. This is another great summer beer. Nice hoppiness to it with a nice refreshing orange zest to it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

one of those cool cull off top cans from decateurstevo. Bonus appearance point for the can...Smells very orangey, with a touch of citrusy hops. Lots of orange in the flavor, and a good deal of hoppiness. I was surprised to see this is a wheat ale - I didnít get much wheat character. Very crisp palate.

Can from Binnys in Buffalo Grove. Pours a golden yellow with a bit of a white head. Nice streaks of lace. Aroma has fruit and light citrus, with some grain. Pleasant but not very strong. Taste is of sweet fruit, oranges with some light biscuity malt. Light to medium bodied. Finishes light and sweet, with a touch of bitterness. Solid and tasty without anything being too strong or exciting. 13.5

Can with one of those cool pull off tops. Pour is well its still in the can, so no head to speak of but its golden from what I can tell. Aroma tropical fruits, citrus, and fresh hops. Taste is crisp and clean up front, some slight citrus towards the middle, finishes with a mild bitter hop presence, very juicy, very refreshing, very crushable, this is a perfect beer for the +30 weather that I am currently roasting in.

[Tap] Pours a bright orange color with a distinct cloudiness to it. Lots of dense white head on top. Sweet orange zest and strong citrus hop in the nose. Tastes include more blood orange rind, high fruit bitterness, floral and citrus hops, light tannins, orange juice and mild wheat malts. Nice body for the style. Lingering grapefruit hoppiness is quite strong.
