Contact High is a hoppy wheat ale we dry hopped with blood orange zest. Contact high pours a bright orange hue with a big citrus aroma. A very refreshing beer!! Think of a beermosa with only beer!

Bottles from Smith’s, Capone’s, and Whole Foods Plymouth Meeting. Pours hazy gold with off-white head. Nose is orange zest, wheaty pale malt, hopcitrus. Tastes crisp, hopcitric, complex, with some spice and more citrus in the finish.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of big orange, grapefruit, tropical fruit, hints of wheat, peach, touch of grass into a bit of coriander, nice spice notes as well. Taste was a mix of orange juice, orange peel, grape, peach into some biscuit, wheaty notes with a hint of spice, finishing sweet, slightly bitter.

Shared by my buddy Tanner, June 2014. He was pretty excited about this one, I was a little disappointed. Hazy golden orange pour with a small off-white head, mild lacing. Plenty of orange in the aroma, soft wheat, a bit doughy. Okay flavor, a touch sweet for me, plenty of orange, wheat malt, doughy. Not bad.

Bottle shared in CT - thanks to mom and sis. Pours clear, pale gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds some citrus fruit, tangerine, pale bread. Light-medium sweet flavor with low bitterness, lightly sugary wheat, tangerine meringue. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty well balanced on the finish, some bitter pine needles. Solid.

Winter Beer Fest, Philly: Pours golden. Aroma is weed, juicy orange, and some more tropical fruit. Taste is much the same. The weed is pretty strong in this one (contact high methinks). Nice and easy. I liked this.

12 oz. can, $1.99 at Binny’s, bought in July. A nice zesty orange smell when opened, which stays around as I pour. Kicks up foams with a hint of lemon to it as well. Light gold color, just a touch of haze, big bubbly head. That citrus flavor is too much for a German hefeweizen, but its a good American Wheat with a bog but not overdone note of fruit. Goes down well and quickly.

I like the can this comes in. You open the tab and the can becomes a cup. I had to pour into a pint glass so I can rate the appearance. Yellowish hue with a not too appealing white head. Watery palate. Taste isn’t too bad. I get the orange taste balanced with the coriander.

22 oz Bomber. Tasted on 11/2/14. Bottle courtesy of Chae. Pours to a fairly clear medium golden color with a thin white head. The aroma had some citrus, a little hop & not much from the wheat. The taste was pretty well balanced & you definitely got the orange zest on the back end. Wasn't really a true wheat for me but was an ok beer overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz can. Pours a hazy tellow color with a big sudsy white head that has decent retention. The aroma is rather mild and understated with light traces trace of lemons and tangerines. The taste, like the aroma, is very mild--not much going on here taste wise--perhaps mild grapefruit present. The palate is thinner than I would prefer and the carbonation is soft. Short and dry. overall: meh. Might make a good summer lawnmower beer.

Pours more yellow than " bright orange" with fluffy 3 finger white head. Random bits of lace. Orange zest and wheat aroma with flavor the same. Interesting mix of flavors. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Refreshing, would be a great summertime beer.
