Contact High is a hoppy wheat ale we dry hopped with blood orange zest. Contact high pours a bright orange hue with a big citrus aroma. A very refreshing beer!! Think of a beermosa with only beer!

Bottles from Smith’s, Capone’s, and Whole Foods Plymouth Meeting. Pours hazy gold with off-white head. Nose is orange zest, wheaty pale malt, hopcitrus. Tastes crisp, hopcitric, complex, with some spice and more citrus in the finish.

On tap, poured into a sampler glass. The aroma is sweet fruits - tangerines specifically, but the aroma/taste of blood oranges isn’t fresh on my mind - with a bit of sugar. It has a soapy white head that sits atop a clear gold body. The head retains fairly well with a good ring and surface layer, and it leaves an average puffy lace on the glass. It’s a medium / medium high sweet beer with a light touch of bitter. The texture is slick with a soft carbonation and a medium body. It finishes dry and crisp with notes of tangerine (or maybe blood orange), grass, and fresh herbs. Perhaps the grass and herbs are really the wheat. The aftertaste is light and mostly reminiscent of citrus peel.

Pours into the glass a translucent golden-yellow with a large foamy head that leaves nice soap lacing. The nose is of orange and lemon. Citrus zest and wheat are among lemon hues and coriander. The finish is of zest and peel. Nice carbonation on this wheat ale. The carbonation is active, but the mouthfeel lively. Great brew!

Yellow gold pour with creamy white head and lace. Sweet wheaty malt start with floral hops on the nose. Flavor is large citrus lemon/orange zest I think and wheat malt. Medum body with good carbonation. Pretty nice as wheats go

Can-to-mouth... RBSG 2014… I’m rating this blind, at the brewery, with no knowledge of the style or previous ratings. It appears to be clear and dirty orange, but I can’t be certain. Can’t smell much of anything other than a light note of orange Creamcicle. Medium to full-bodied with energetic carbonation. The flavor doesn’t talk to me all that much, but there’s plenty of bitterness and orange zest. Goes great with STL barBque!

Pours a clear golden with a thin white head. The aroma is potent and full of fruity citrus. It is very big on orange, some grapefruit, caramel, and grassy hops. The taste is tart due to the strong citrus impressions. Orange remains strong. However, it is balanced equally in strength by grapefruit. Some subtle lemon and grassiness is found in here as well. Sharp aftertaste of both orange and grapefruit is very short. Light in body, thin and slick in texture, and softer in carbonation. This is light and rather refreshing. I could honestly see myself drinking one of these with my eggs during brunch. Its good.

Can. Pours a clear light golden color with a small head. Aroma of citrus, some orange and grass. Taste of citrus orange zest bit of malt sweetness and grain. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, clean and refreshing. Not a bad beer for the summer season.

12oz can from bhensonb. Pours light amber with an attractive off-white head and a citrus aroma. There is a hearty toffee, light malt and citrus flavor with a smooth bitter finish. Hey, this is a pretty good brew.

Absolutely loved the orange zest! That is what made it unique and extremely refreshing! Received in a trade as an extra and what an ’extra’ it was! Delicious!

Very nice summer ale. Bright fresh malty pilsner aroma. Clear yellow with a big white head. The flavor is well balanced and dry. Quite refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
