This beer brings together two of our favorite ingredients: Hops and Rye - serious hops up front provide a pungent, floral, and citrus character. We use Centennial, Columbus, and Cascades in this hop lovers dream. The rye provides a slightly spicy flavor and a full mouth-feel. Divided Sky pours straw in color with notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and pine. Drink fresh!

12oz can from TRT. Poured a little thin looking clear copper body with a smaller fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, dough, spice, light caramel and molasses, rotting fruits. Body has some fizzy full carbonation over a big body with a slick chewy mouthfeel. Flavor is grainy crusts, citrus, spice, tangerine and apricot.

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2015 Poured from a can, weak carbonation, slight citrus aroma with hoppyness. Slight citrus or malt on tongue with pretzel/hop bitterness in the finish---semi-dry. Refreshing brew but not outstanding; a good buy but not a great beer.

On tap at Molly’s in Soulard. Pours a clear pale gold/yellow with a really decent small bead white head. Aroma is like your hand after carrying in the Christmas Tree. Taste is also quite piney and citrusy, but not very bitter at all. Sweet pale malts enter in as well as a breadiness. Very good, quaff able IPA.

12oz can from Binny’s in Highland Park. Yellowish golden pour with a white head. Aroma has hops, tangy pine, some grain. Sweet malts later in the glass. Taste is of citrusy hops, oranges, pine, stone fruits, some caramel and perhaps light grain. Very dry. Finishes well mixed between bitter and sweet. Amazing that 4 Hands stuff can be that pale, yet so full bodied. 14.3

12 oz can. Nice piney hop aroma. Color is a light orange color. The rye taste is great and has a nice bitter finish. This is a good one.

Can to tulip, goldenrod brown pour with cream white head, decent lacing, smells of malt/rye, a little pepper and spice, medium body bit on the lighter side, some grapefruit but more tangerine notes no overwhelming flavor, decent balance, aftertaste is more pepper and straw than bitter, very drinkable

Can. Nice citrus/pine smell. Pours a golden orange color. Excellent blend of spicey and peppery rye with clean tangerine, grapefruit, and orange hop flavor. Creamy mouthfeel with some carbonation. Nice job.
