Pours dark brown with off white head. Aroma is sweet, peanut butter, roasty. Taste is sweet, chocolate, peanut butter. Kind of like a Nutty Bar. Very good.

Sampled at the W&C Beer Fest 2014. It poured a brown color with a small off-white head. The aroma was of roast, chocolate, peanut butter and caramel. The taste was of milk chocolate, peanut butter, roast and some funk. Not bad.

UPDATED: APR 20, 2014 Pours a dark mahogany with a thick tan head. Notes of dark chocolate and coffee. Taste is very similar to the chocolate milk stout except the aftertaste. The backend is bitter like a combination of coffee and peanut butter. Nice beer.

Fair Warning, this was the last not quite full Draft at 3 Kings St Louis. Jet Black pour with a messy off white froth due to the aforementioned end of the barrel. Nice sweetness on the nose. chocolate, vanilla, cream, marshmallow, roasted peanuts and an odd funk. Texturally Iím okay with this beer it has a nice creaminess I just feel Iím searching for a peanut buttery edge that I canít find. The usual chocolate, vanilla, sweet sugar and dark roast flavors of this stout are spot on just like the Original Chocolate Milk Stout I just keep finding the intended peanut butter flavor more of a burnt or over roasted peanut flavor instead. Finish is medium length with a nice spicy bittersweetness and just a hint of alcohol. As I said earlier this was the last not quite glass from the barrel. I really wanted to love this beer even more that the regular version I just couldnít get there.

Pours dark brown with a small off white head. The aroma has smooth roast, light chocolate, rich peanut butter and an overall savoriness. It has a medium rich body with semi sharp carbonation. The flavor begins with lush milk chocolate, rich peanut butter, butter roast and light earthiness. The finish has light minerals and dries out a bit. Very nicely done.
