COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prussia Berliner Style Weiss is our summer seasonal. The name originates from Frederick the Great who ultimately became the King of Prussia. Frederick was trained in brewing this very delicate style of beer. Our version is traditional in style. Prussia pours a hazy straw color with a nice tart finish.

Bomber. Pours clear gold with a very large fizzy head. Aromas are of soggy paper and a hint of lemon. Flavor is fairly similar... kind of a flabby papery flavor up front that transitions to just a hint of tartness and a kind of metallic edge. Iím not sure if something just didnít work with this particular batch or whether 4 Hands just makes a lousy Berliner Weisse.

Poured a cloudy yellow color with aromas if light tart lemons and some wheat. Flavors are light lemon, wheat and some wet cardboard. Donít know ow if the off flavor is from the bottle but still decent.

Refrigerated brown bomber from BMart poured into a trappist glass. Pours slightly hazy golden with small white head which dissipates quickly. Aroma is slightly tart wheat, light body, medium carbonation which dies very quickly, and little lacing. Taste is tart soft wheat. Expected more flavor.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2014 Pours a thick carbonated head with a thick golden orange appearance. Has lemon taste with a medium sour flavor. Thin palate with a dryness through the middle of the tounge. Surprisingly mediocre beer from a great brewery.

22 ounce bottle brought by Wes. Yellow color. Light in body. Bit of lemon, tart, citrus. Not super dry for style, but tasty.

Bottle courtesy of Ddddddddadmond! at Paulís for feedballs. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Lots of grain on the nose, a touch of lemon. Almost medium bodied, but a touch thin. Lemon and tart grain. Grainy, tart, lemon. Not much going on. Mediocre. Faintly tart into the finish.

Bottle shared at Paulís. Pours a light pale body with thin white lacing. Aroma is lemon and a faint tartness. Mouthfeel is effervescent and almost spritzer-like with notes of tart lemon, soap and light herbal character. Too thin and watery overall with not a lot of flavor.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, thanks Aaron! Hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought corn, grass, biscuit, slight lemon, hints of earth, touch of slight lactic notes. Taste is a mix of lemon, lactic, hints of oak, earth, slight spice, slight corn notes, finishing nice and tart, pretty decent.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a very musty wheat note a touch of lemon and other earthy fruits. Flavor has light wheat and semi tart lemon up front but finish is full of wet grains and musty wheat.
