2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a hazy yellow with a thin off white head. Aroma is sweet, lemony. Has light carbonation, weak and watery. Taste is tart on the back end. This is very sour, tastes a bit like bananas with a dish soap bitterness. Disappointing.

This was lighter but pretty refreshing for a summer day. Pours hazy honey amber with a quickly dissipating head. Aroma is subtle sweet and tart yeast. Flavor brings a lighter body and more sweet than tart flavors for sure.

Bomber. Pours clear gold with a very large fizzy head. Aromas are of soggy paper and a hint of lemon. Flavor is fairly similar... kind of a flabby papery flavor up front that transitions to just a hint of tartness and a kind of metallic edge. I’m not sure if something just didn’t work with this particular batch or whether 4 Hands just makes a lousy Berliner Weisse.

Bottle courtesy of Ddddddddadmond! at Paul’s for feedballs. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Lots of grain on the nose, a touch of lemon. Almost medium bodied, but a touch thin. Lemon and tart grain. Grainy, tart, lemon. Not much going on. Mediocre. Faintly tart into the finish.
