Bomber from Capone’s. Pours hazy bright canary gold colored with 1-finger white head and a lot of carbonation. Nose is apple, pear, orange zesty citrus, peppery spice, and mild florals. Tastes very dry, floral, and white pepper spicy, with notes of limey citrus, big hops, and finishing bone dry yeasty pear and apple notes.

Not a bad saison. Cirtusy with some wheat and belgian yeast flavors. Slightly sticky mouthfeel. Tried at the KC Hopfest in 2013.

Draft at Baggataway. Pours a super murky, dirty hay color with 1 finger of off white head and razor thin rings of lace. Notes of coriander, pepper, sweet orange, lemon, yeast funk. Well carbonated with a bit of hop bitterness on the finish. Really enjoyable saison. Great beer for a nice spring day

This was in a 22 oz bottle sent to me by Strykzone. my world class trading partner from Wood River, IL. This poured a clear gold color with big white head and good lacing. Nose is solid barnyard wet hay. Medium in body. Clean smooth mouth feel. Flavor shows the barnyard, but you get a lot more with fruit along with spices. Finish shows some funk. Very good. Four Hands makes good beer.

I had this at Global Brew. I thought this was a little tart and light. I thought it was pretty good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nose of soft belgian yeast, mild pepper, some citrus zest notes, soft fruity pear, a little hay. Pours golden with a nice white head and lace. Flavors of soft pepper, mild lightly sweet belgian yeast, a touch of pear and citrus. More light pepper on the finish dries everything out. A touch of hay in the finish. Well carbonated, drinks very well. Good stuff here. Thanks again Foppa!
