3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nose of soft belgian yeast, mild pepper, some citrus zest notes, soft fruity pear, a little hay. Pours golden with a nice white head and lace. Flavors of soft pepper, mild lightly sweet belgian yeast, a touch of pear and citrus. More light pepper on the finish dries everything out. A touch of hay in the finish. Well carbonated, drinks very well. Good stuff here. Thanks again Foppa!

Bottle shared by my buddy Blake, you rock brotha! Lots of citrus happening here, with some slight pear and floral presence as well. Really refreshing and easy to drink.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Hazy hay-colored beer with a big foamy white head. Citrus aroma with some yeast. Light citrus flavor, but I don't get any pear flavor. Not very complex. Short hoppy finish. Not the best beer. Not terrible, but not worth the price.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of jcnielsen. Thanks Justin! Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Big white peppery, zesty citrusy, dry straw/herbal aroma. Somewhat juicy, white peppery, grainy/grassy, straw, a bit tangy flavor with a dry, peppery finish. Overall, not bad.

Poured from bottle light straw color. Aroma of pear, coriander, biscuit, and light pepper and yeast funk. Tastes pear, light cereal, slight sweet orange rind, and a beautiful light pepper on the back of the palate. Amazing for the price point!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Barcade, pours ultra hazy gold with 2 finger white head, not a whole lot of lacing. Notes were nice... crisp pear, saison yeast, apples, spice, sweet fruits, and a little orange rind. Medium bodied with a pleasantly dry finish. Nice saison.
