COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Centennial hop is the centerpiece of our American Red Ale. Reprise pushes the limits of a single hop with an amazing bouquet and stunning bitterness all the way through. The citrus character provides an experience you will want to repeat. Reprise is crimson in color with aromas of citrus fruit and biscuit malts.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a dark reddish color with a thick khaki colored head. Big aroma of citrus, orange peel, herbal and grass hop notes, mild caramel and biscuity malt aromas. Flavor is quite bitter, lots of bitter citrus hops, with medium biscuity and cereal malt sweetness. Though, hop forward, nice. Medium bodied, with a lively carbonation. Finishes long and bitter. This is a great hop forward amber ale that’s really more of an IPA.

Strong reddish amber color not much head, limited lacing. Aroma had less upfront hops than I was expecting based on description. Taste was also not as complex or balanced as I thought might come through. Very average amber, decent just not exceptional in any way. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a deep amber. Nice hop character in the aroma paired with the malt notes. Caramel and mild toasted malt flavor. Decent hop flavor and bitterness. Some stale like or malt extract type flavor toward the end.

Bottle thanks to strykzone. Deep red, fairly clear. Small odd white head. Moderately bitter with a very toasty and sweet malt backbone. Almost a dusty note to the flavor but I get that from Munich malt sometimes. Ok but nothing great. ---Rated via intercellular device

Bomber from Blue Dog. Pours hazy coppery toward ruby with off-white lacy head. Nose is bready caramel malt, resiny hops, vinous fruit. Tastes assertively hoppy, with notes of vinous fruit, substantial caramel malt, and a finishing bitterness.

Appearance is amber/light brown with a creamy, off white head. Bottle is a bit over carbonated. Aroma is dominated by citrus and floral hop. Taste is where this beer misses the mark. Starts with a nice caramel and biscuit malt flavor and gives way to a distinct foot like taste as the hop bite kicks in. Must have something to do with the balance of the citrusy Centennial hop with the caramel malts. Mouthfeel is medium, and finish is a nice hop bite with a slightly lingering stickiness and bitterness. This sounded like a beer I’d really like, but it doesn’t come thru

Way overcarbed......a 10 minute pour. Pours a reddish hued chestnut with an enormous head. Aroma is very green flavor hop with lemon and grapefruit. Mouthfeel is a bit thin, taste is pretty much all citrusy hop, slight bitterness with a tailing hint of bread and a slight tang......the overcarbing was a frustration.
