Rise up and tantalize your taste buds with the Mosaic hopped IPA! Resurrection pours amber in color with a firm off white head. Look for loads of tropical flavors in this medium bodied IPA. Aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and candied fruit dominate.

If you prefer citrus hops over pine as I do, this beer will smell great to you. Grapefruit, tangerine, passion fruit, and just about every other type of citrus are presented in the aroma. Looks great; golden with a white head that leaves a medium amount of lacing on the glass. Tastes of citrus hops with some pine that was not in the aroma. Could be a little stronger, but then again, I lean towards DIPA’s. Good malt backbone, solid all around IPA. I may like it better than 4 Hands War Hammer; another great IPA that you should try.

Funky fruit aroma. Clean golden appearance. Citrus and malty taste taste. Bitter throughout palate. Pretty good but a bit skunky.

Pours a clear, lighter amber in color with a medium and long lasting white head. The aroma is big on grassy hops and melon, along with lesser impressions of grapefruit, mango, and pineapple. The taste has a good amount of bitterness. Its strong in pine and pineapple, while still being very grassy. There is a lesser degree of mango and melon as well. Very faint aftertaste is pineapple. This one is more full in body, slick in texture, while having an average amount of carbonation. This is good, and pretty easy to drink. But there are better IPAs out there.

Fragrant, catty, cirtus hop aroma. Orange light amber in color, with a whitish head. Rich, sweet malt up front, quickly enveloped by the citrus/catty flavor from the hops. Orange/grapefruit flavor really pronounced. Bitterness intesifies on the finish, but disepates nicely. A little watery mouthfeel, Nice IPA.

12 oz can. Tasted on 10/5/14. Beer courtesy of Chae... Thanks!!! The beer has a lot of stone fruit, citrus, a little pineapple. Overall it has a great balance. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draft. An intense burst of tart fruitiness (pineapple?) gives way to a ridiculous amount of sweet tropical fruit. Then more and more. Finishes a smidge sticky. Booming and wonderful.

From memory having on tap @ Brixie’s in Brookfield, IL. A nice IPA, with nice citrus and especially pine resin hops, and enough malt character to balance things nicely. I’d buy this for home.

Mosaic has become one of my favorite hops and this beer is an example of exactly why. It is a pretty glowing orange color w/ a fine and long lasting head that leaves behind lacing in rings. Its nose is bright, vibrant and complex courtesy of what I assume must be just a ton of those fine mosaic hops. There is a bit of pine underpinning a ton of pineapple and lemon zest. The hop character implies a bit of sweetness but while there might be a touch of caramel this is really a dry and drinkable beer. It finishes on the mild side w/ crisp, firm bitterness and a lingering piny hop note. This is a great IPA. I really can’t say enough good things about it.

From the Craft Beer Store - the new place in Libertyville, walking distance from the Firkin. Pours golden orange with a white head, nice streaky lacing Aroma is heavy citra - citrus, fresh tropical fruit and pine. Taste is fresh tropical fruit, citrus and pine - juicy - with a surprisingly solid malt backbone. Perhaps a bit thin, or at least lighter than it seemed it would be. Crisp and clean, with some stickiness. Finishes more bitter than sweet, but with the fruity sweetness fighting for balance. Very hop forward. Similar to my Sculpin memories ... 15.8 This is very nice!

Can. Pours a clear copper color with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma of pine, bit of grapefruit, with bit of malt and fruit sweetness. Taste of pine and fruit with some malt. Big hop bitterness and a dry finish. Medium body, crisp with a hoppy flair. Enjoyable beer.
