Rise up and tantalize your taste buds with the Mosaic hopped IPA! Resurrection pours amber in color with a firm off white head. Look for loads of tropical flavors in this medium bodied IPA. Aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and candied fruit dominate.

Clear light golden, minimal white head. Pine, light tropical fruits, honey. Bitter, sort of dry. Medium body, slight oiliness. Some acidity. Medium finish. Good.

Tasted on 10/1/15 from a 12oz can purchased at The Wine and Cheese Place. Pours hazy, pale orange with a thick, rocky white head that slowly recedes to thick, messy lace. The nose is dank passion fruit, pineapple, and melon as soon as the can pops, with just a hint of cereal malt. The flavor is dank, dry passion fruit and pineapple up front, falling a bit short on the mid-palate, with nice bitterness, melon, and just a touch of malt on the back. The body is fairly light, given the ABV, with lively carbonation, and a long lightly malty, nicely bitter, and somewhat fruity finish.

Possibly in the top 3 best ipa’s I’ve had. Very clean and refreshing taste with a easy drinking feel. Hops are just right with citrusy and grapefruit tasting.

Strong hop profile on the nose, leading into a juicy body of grapefruit, pineapple and mango citrus notes. Some residual sugar showing here. Lingers on a bit of a metallic hop note.

Drank from a can at the brewery’s wrestling match vs. Strange Donuts. Crisp grainy malt flavour, hint of CaraPils or Vienna sweetness, with a dominant hops-forward balance. Familiar and funky Mosaic hop traits: pine resin, tropical fruit, melon, nutmeg spice, dank ganja, earth, herbs, musk. Intense but clean bitterness, strong aromas and flavours too. Described as medium body, but this was definitely light body with a thin mouthfeel. Combined with strong carbonation and lingering hoppy dryness, this is a refreshing IPA. Tasty and highly drinkable, but at 6.5% abv, it’s a bit too strong to be safely sessionable. I drank one can too fast with nothing but a doughnut and felt the effects more than I expected. Cheers!

Malty but fruity IPA. Juicy and earthy with mild hops and bitterness. Busy at Jerrys. Not bad at all

Cloudy copper pour with almost no head, and zero lacing. Nose is pineapple and passion fruit. Smells like a fruit beer. Wow. Big hop impact right away. Catty/ resinous followed by tropical fruit. Mango, passion fruit, coconut. Finish is dry with lingering alpha acids. Fun and interesting IPA.

Can Pours bright orange hue with a small soapy white head and sparse lacing. Looks pretty much like any other ipa. Nose is huge tropical-definitely dominated by the Mosaic hop for sure! Passionfruit, mangos, peach. Flavors show the passionfruit side of things very well. Body seems a bit thin and somewhat undercarbonated but it wasnt enough to detract anything from a 3 rating. A bigger body would have scored a 4.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2015 Shared 12 oz. can poured to snifters, showing a hazed, orangey gold color, with a modest layer of soft white head foam, and dots & dashes of lacing. The nose was initially dank & earthy, then expressive citrus and tropical hints, with some altogether ripe & pithy scent. A little better than light bodied, with okay carbonation, the taste included a moderate citrusy and rind-like bitterness. Not bad, but not high on the list of favorite Mosaic influenced IPAs. Shared another 12 oz. can and noted a pronounced pungency, and slight scent of BO in the aroma. Earthy, with a bit of tartness, and dryness to the finish.
