Tap @ Bridge Tap House & Wine Bar - St. Louis: Clear reddish brown with sweet malts in aroma and flavor. Thin body. Certainly not offensive.

Tap at the bridge. Pours golden and cloudy with a white head. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Not a lot on the nose. A bit of malt and clove on the tongue. Finishes clean. Not bad but easy to overpower.

Draft at the brewery. Coppery in color with a one finger head. Nice wheat notes meld nicely with fruit and spice. Some banana and a little toffee. Some esters. Unique.

phaleslu (9305) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 31, 2015
Draft at the Bridge, served in a 4 oz. glass. Pours a clear copper-orange color with a small off-white head. Notes of apricot, wheat, grass, mild spice, wheat, banana, and clove. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a fruity, sweet mouthfeel. Very nice. I can imagine this is just what Bailey wanted, based on its long-term status at multiple Bailey restaurants.

From notes. Tasted on 6/5/13 on draft at The Bridge during a baseball trip with Adam and Taylor. Pours fiery, bright orange with an average white head that slowly recedes to average, sticky lace. The nose is banana and clove with some light caramel malt, and a touch of dry bread. The flavor is more of the crisp bread with the banana, clove, and caramel on the back of the palate. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long estery banana finish.

Draft on tap at The Bridge (St Louis, MO). Pours a amber orange hue, gentle haziness with frothy offwhite head atop. Mellow ring laces small. Nice glow and some fiery edges. Aromas are a bit of banana, gentle carmelized malts and touches of wheat, yeasty elements are a bit dominant. Initial is a bit lighter in body with gentle fruit, touch of apple, banana esters. A bit of carmelized malt, flaked wheat, gentle flash of citrus and bread. Backend is a bit crisp, carmelized and gentle kiss of red fruit. A touch of stickiness, mellow biscuit and toffee trail out, mellow yeast. Tasty, smaller and more approachable.
