Our American blonde ale is a soft and delicate ale brewed with pilsner malt and jasmine flower. The addition of jasmine adds a floral and slightly fruity layer. Single speed pours a crisp golden hue with floral undertones. What’s your speed? Ours is a Single Speed.

Draft. A tasty ale that is indeed suitable for sessioning. Its weird though but in a good way. Smell is like those old flavored milks that existed in the 90s, maybe a bit of lemon lime. Flavor is of a natural-ingredient popsicle, maybe grape. Its good htough.

Enjoyable, refreshing. Super local St. Louis brew best served in a frosted glass. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A dark straw colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet grains, honey, floral, and citrus. The flavor is bready and very floral with a very creamy mouthfeel.

Pours a light golden color with a god head that fades to spotty lacing. Aroma is floral with light citrus, grain and bit of malt sweetness. Taste follows with citrus, light malt sweetness, grain and a bit floral. Nice bitterness and the finish is quite dry. Light body, nice crispness, clean and refreshing. Enjoyable beer that goes down quite easy.

Foamy white head. Golden. Peppery, almost taste like a flower. Zesty lime like aftertaste.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2014 Bomber pours an excessively foamy head. I had to let this settle 5 times as I poured a full glass. Color is a hazy yellow, with a yeasty earthy and floral aroma. Flavor is underwhelming. Overall I could drink this on a hot summer day if it didnt take forever to pour.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a strong grain note with a touch of sweetness and just a bit of underlying jasmine. Flavor has a strong grain note throughout with a bit of jasmine and light fruit coming through in the finish.

12 oz bottle purchased at Lukas in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is slightly hazed golden yellow with a one inch white head that fell somewhat quickly with pops and crackles. The aroma is straw grass malt, along with a soft floral character and a general yeastiness. Fresh nose. The taste is grass floral jasmine right away, then turns to a synthetic sweetness, finishes with more of the jasmine floral dry. The palate is medium to light bodied, somewhat coarse carbonation and a lingering dry weird floral finish. Weird little beer, not really my sort of thing.

Bottle at Exira Beer Summit IV. Pours a golden color with a humungous white head. Almost all head, no beer - I don’t know what the deal is. Floral, straw, grainy, slight metallic aromas. Jasmine, straw, grainy, light lemon flavors. This one could be pretty good, but the carbonation is pretty ridiculous.
