Our American blonde ale is a soft and delicate ale brewed with pilsner malt and jasmine flower. The addition of jasmine adds a floral and slightly fruity layer. Single speed pours a crisp golden hue with floral undertones. Whatís your speed? Ours is a Single Speed.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2014 Bomber pours an excessively foamy head. I had to let this settle 5 times as I poured a full glass. Color is a hazy yellow, with a yeasty earthy and floral aroma. Flavor is underwhelming. Overall I could drink this on a hot summer day if it didnt take forever to pour.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a strong grain note with a touch of sweetness and just a bit of underlying jasmine. Flavor has a strong grain note throughout with a bit of jasmine and light fruit coming through in the finish.

12 oz bottle purchased at Lukas in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is slightly hazed golden yellow with a one inch white head that fell somewhat quickly with pops and crackles. The aroma is straw grass malt, along with a soft floral character and a general yeastiness. Fresh nose. The taste is grass floral jasmine right away, then turns to a synthetic sweetness, finishes with more of the jasmine floral dry. The palate is medium to light bodied, somewhat coarse carbonation and a lingering dry weird floral finish. Weird little beer, not really my sort of thing.

Bottle at Exira Beer Summit IV. Pours a golden color with a humungous white head. Almost all head, no beer - I donít know what the deal is. Floral, straw, grainy, slight metallic aromas. Jasmine, straw, grainy, light lemon flavors. This one could be pretty good, but the carbonation is pretty ridiculous.

Bottle @ Exira Beer Summit IV, Day 3. Thanks to jcnielsen! Pours all head like fluid after slightly gushing. So ÁhÔłł. Potpourri, slight lemon pepper, slightly grainy pils malty, light citrusy aroma. Flavor is floral, pretty dry, grassy/grainy malty, and lemony. Not horrible but certainly could use some work and the carbonation is just out of control.

22 oz. bottle shared by phaleslu. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a big white head. The aroma and flavor have pale malts, herbal and floral hops, grass, lightly toasted malt with a splash of citrus. Clean, but ultimatley not too much going on especially compared to all the other crazy beers consumed that night.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a white head. Taste floral, slight lemon. I thought this was ok. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from StrykeZone. Wonderful Floral and slightly yeasty aroma. Also as other users have noted, despite a careful pour a GIGANTIC fluffy head when you pour. Quite annoying. Your standard slightly hazy golden pilsner color. floral, mildly citrusy, bubbly but clean mouthfeel. Pretty cool beer. But they definitely need to work on the carbonation/head issues.

Pours a hazy light golden color with gigantic head, 90% head, 10% beer even with a gentle pour. Light sweet malt character and peppery notes in the aroma. Flavor is much of the same. Some stale flavor present among the Belgian yeast phenolics.
