Our American blonde ale is a soft and delicate ale brewed with pilsner malt and jasmine flower. The addition of jasmine adds a floral and slightly fruity layer. Single speed pours a crisp golden hue with floral undertones. Whatís your speed? Ours is a Single Speed.

Looks like this:

Smells like flowers. Taste is off dry and lightly bitter. Flavors of flowers, light citrus. Finish is thin and boring. Not great.

Pale yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. A light wheaty/papery malt aroma dominate the nose. Sweet wheat malt start with a dry slightly floral bitter finish. Medium bodied with smooth carbonation. another solid beer from these guys

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2014 12oz bottle poured into a shaker. The initial notes on the nose are grape juice and baked pears. There?s also a mild, cheese funk. These aromas subside and give way to bread, pie crust, floral notes, citrus, and light touches of caramel candy and spice. It pours a pale, effervescent yellow with a slight hint of haze. There?s an abundant, bubbly - soapy white head that retains a thick fluffy ring and leaves an abundant, thin layer of webby lace. The taste is a medium light bitter and medium light sweet; they?re bright tastes though, even though they?re not strong. It has a slick, waxy texture with light zippy carbonation. The body is light and dry, with a spice finish containing some floral notes, bead crust, resin, and even some honey. A touch of bread and clove appears in the aftertaste, but it light, short, and mostly clean. Rather refreshing

Nice beer. Soft, rounded flavors, delicate. Aroma is ripe tropical fruit, yeast, lemon peel. Getting bread, yeast, pear, almonds, and some pine needle bitterness at the finish. -1 for thinning out a bit too quickly. Overall unique, well made.

Bottle, shared by me... in my dining room... just now.
Pours a light golden color with a small quickly diminishing head.

The aroma is doughy, grainy, husky, and soapy. Itís sort of floral & has some bright malt, but man... itís pretty soapy.

The flavor is better, still soapy but with a far more defined malt character that gives us some nice brightness and a touch of honey. The bitterness is both hoppy and floral... but man, this thing does have a good bit of jasmine flavor.

4 Hands is a way cool brewery, but jasmine has never been something Iíve cared for in a beer.

On tap @ 4 Hands. Clear golden pour with a white head. Sweet grain, grape juice, and some apple on the nose. A lot of grassy hops and a hint of soap. Kind of sweet and grainy flavor. Lots of cereal, some bread, and apple. A touch of soap, floral hops, and light grassy bitterness.
